Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

Stratus provides a complete range of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments required to satisfy environmental due diligence requirements. Stratus has successfully completed projects for industrial, commercial, and institutional clients throughout California.  Stratus is able to meet aggressive implementation and reporting schedules that are required for the sale or acquisition of property.  Stratus' experienced professionals ensure that environmental issues are properly identified and practically assessed relative to the type of transaction and specific client concerns.

Stratus provides pre-purchase or pre-financing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) conducted in strict accordance with ASTM Standard E 1527 that meet federal rules for “Standards and Practices for All Appropriate Inquiries” (40 CFR Part 312).  ESAs are performed under the supervision of a California Professional Engineer or Geologist. Stratus can also provide the additional services listed below to augment the standard ESA:
